Proposals submitted by vendors to meet RFP’s can be reviewed to validate bid accuracy based on an RFP or client needs. The client and vendor both reap the benefit of an expert review of all bids to ensure the bids are complete, technically sound, and economically practical for both vendor and end user client. Services include review and enrichment of proposed technical solutions as well as project management. SCS’s goal in proposal review is to provide both the client and vendor with assurance that the bids meet stated RFP requirements, the solution will be operationally successful, the solution can be achieved, and the required projected schedule and budget can be met. |
