The Security and Risk Assessment will measure the level of potential vulnerability and risk associated with the client’s operation and will assist in formulating a strategic plan tailored to the client’s needs. The “Security Assessment” is the initial step in identifying security risks and vulnerabilities which is a necessary process to enable a comprehensive integrated Risk Assessment solution to be formulated. The “Security Assessment” will provide unbiased knowledge and documentation of the security environment and the associated risk and act as a basis in determining the proper course of action for the associated risk. While a Security Assessment will identify the security risks and vulnerabilities it will not provide the solution to mitigate the findings. The “Risk Assessment” is the second step in the process and will incorporate the knowledge obtained during the initial Security Assessment and infuse this knowledge with fact-based solutions to mitigate the associated risks. All Assessments are performed with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining the integrity of the client’s operation. All information obtained during both the Security and the Risk Assessment is proprietary to the client. The solutions recommended by SCS will be suitable to assuage the level of exposure defined by the Risk Assessment. The Risk Assessment will establish a basis to ensure planned and implemented security solutions meet not only the security needs of the client, but also its operational and staff’s security needs. The Security and Risk Assessment represent the initial stages of the Combined Overall Security Solution. |
